Wilderness Place Lodge is known as the premier Alaska fishing and adventure lodge in south central Alaska. Our lodge is a full service facility and the ideal base camp for your next fishing trip or custom adventure. We offer fly-in river fishing adventures for all Alaska salmon (king, silver, sockeye, pink and chum). Our lodge is a deluxe, full-service establishment with 7 guest cabins accommodating a maximum of 16 guests. Our wilderness lodge offers all-inclusive trip packages from Anchorage including float plane trip to and from our lodge. We focus on the very best guided spin and fly fishing opportunities, predominantly by wade fishing our clear water river system. New for 2019 and beyond, we are featuring new multi-sport adventure trips including rafting, fishing, kayaking, flight-seeing, hiking, glacier tours, outpost cabins, day floats and photography. All ages and abilities are welcome. Some areas we fish require some hiking/wading on flat ground, mainly gravel bars. Please inquire if you have any physical limitations that may be of concern. We do our best to accommodate all!

All meals on and off the water are prepared by our talented chef team of 3. We have private cabin accommodations spread out on our 5 acre wilderness parcel on the banks of our home river. Cabins are modern and have comfy memory foam mattresses on the beds. Each cabin has a full bathroom within. We have one extra log cabin without bath available at a reduced rate.
