Visit us at the Fr. Andrew P. Kashevaroff (APK) building in downtown Juneau, for a uniquely comprehensive view of Alaska's history and diverse cultures including fine art, mining, fishing, forestry, tourism, Russia-America, and World War II. There is a children's room, with a climb-aboard replica of a sailing ship, other area is under renovation. Also, see the State Library and the State Archives with Alaskana collections, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, and more as well as a small café on site. Please check out our website with many virtual resources. Museum is open, summer 2024, Monday 1PM-4:30PM and Tuesday - Sunday, 9AM -4:30PM. Youth and active military are free.
