Our village is nestled in the foothills of the picturesque Novohradské and Slepičí Mountains in quiet South Bohemia, just a few km from the Austrian border.
House is located in Svata Trojice only 1.5km from a little town Trhove Sviny and 22km from region capital - Ceske Budejovice.
Svata Trojice bears its name after a pilgrimage church Holy Trinity, a significant local monument and an indivisible dominance of the landscape.
Our accommodation is ideal especially for families with or without children.
The surroundings offer great opportunities for all keen on biking and hiking. All those who wish to enjoy their year-round holiday and short breaks in both relaxing and active way will be enchanted by the breathtaking countryside of South Bohemia region Novohradske hory.
The guests of our newly-built cottage are offered the accommodation in one apartment with space for up to four guests with own private entrance.
In the second part of the cottage we offer four double-bedded rooms, all furnished with its own shower and toilet. One of the rooms located downstairs is wheelchair accessible. The guests of the double-bedded rooms have access to a shared big saloon with a kitchen unit, a large dining table, and outdoor patio with pergola and BBQ.
All our guests are welcome to use grass for seating when making BBQ as well as for a playground. It is ideal for those with small children (we have swings and a sandbox).
In addition we can offer small parking (3 cars) in a safe land-locked area.
