These large condos start at 1700 sq ft . There is On-Site check-in for these luxurious condominiums located in the heart of Panama City, only a few minutes away from local restaurants and shopping . Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian . This is a non-smoking property . Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises .

Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age . IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced . If we find that guest are not 25 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded .
