Tucked away in the very heart of the Florida Keys, Parmer's Resort on Little Torch Key lets you experience the laid back lifestyle that made 'the Keys' the best kept secret for decades. A unique collection of cottages, suites, efficiency studios and rooms spread over five acres, you can choose from basic hotel accommodations to well-equipped multi room rentals. Near the end of a quiet, residential street, in between a protected canal and the open water of Pine Channel in the Lower Florida Keys, Parmer's Resort is less than 25 miles from Key West but close to the beaches of Bahia Honda State Park, the diving at Looe Key Reef and backcountry, reef and deep water fishing.

'Almost' Every Room Is Different

Whether you are staying for just a night, a few days or weeks, we have something for you. Freestanding cottages with room for spreading out and privacy for you and your family. One bedroom suites with full kitchens or efficiency studios with kitchenettes let you eat in when you want, with room to stay lazy. Standard rooms for those that like to make the most of your stay in the keys and sample keys casual or gourmet cuisine. We even have basic accommodations with a bed, a bath and lower price for those just looking for a place to lay their heads.

Some rooms look out to the water, some are on the canal and some have views of the property. All of our rooms have outside seating, wifi, personal coffee makers with Seattle's Best Coffee, refrigerators, flat panel HD TV, air conditioning and heat. Everyone is welcome to our light buffet breakfast and afternoon cookies, coffee and lemonade.

Parmer's Resort Suites are a fantastic option for couples wanting some room or larger parties that need lots of space. Choose from a one bedroom King Suite for a couple, a one bedroom with two Queen Beds or expand to include living areas with sofa beds or multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Suites all include a separate bedroom, full kitchen and living area. Outside porches, HD TV, heat and air conditioning, wifi, and in room Seattle's Best Coffee service.

Our office is open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. daily. For arrivals after 8 p.m., please contact us directly for late arrival procedures. For emergencies after hours, we do have staff on site.

Respecting your privacy, we have eliminated room phones and daily housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping service we will be happy to provide it at a small additional charge. Fresh linens, coffee and room supplies are available daily at the front desk.

While we love animals, pets are not permitted at Parmer's Resort. We can help you with local kennel accommodations if needed.

Rooms are available for check-in by 4 p.m. If you plan on arriving earlier, we have changing rooms for the pool, coffee, lemonade and cookies are available in the dining room all day, or rent a kayak and paddleboard for the afternoon. We would be happy to move your luggage into your room as it becomes available.

Check-out time is 11 a.m. You are welcome to stay on the property for the day or if planning on going to the beach, we have a shower available before you head on home.

All reservations require an advanced deposit that is equal to at least one night's stay. The balance of your reservation is due upon check-in and can be paid by major credit card, debit card, travelers check and cash. A major credit card is required for check-in.

All rooms are nonsmoking but smoking is permitted outside. Please be courteous of your neighbors if they are sensitive to smoke.

We serve a light buffet breakfast every morning from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. This is included in your stay.

We have wifi throughout the property that is complimentary.

All rooms have single serve coffee makers with Seattle's Best coffee.

While most of our rooms have kitchens, all the standard rooms now have a small refrigerator and microwave. All basic rooms now have a small refrigerator.

We have pool towels here so no need to pack them. Hairdryers are in all rooms and irons and ironing boards are available upon request.

If you are trailering a boat and want to fill up before putting her in the water, there is a Shell Gas Station with marine fuel on Big Pine Key, MM30, before you get to us.

Also on Big Pine Key, Winn Dixie Supermarket is the right turn at the traffic light.

We have charcoal and gas grills throughout the property for your cookout.

BY LAND

We are located at 565 Barry Avenue, Little Torch Key, FL 33042

For GPS - Some GPS prompts will give you Summerland Key. That is correct for mapping purposes. As most of the Keys are rural, our closest Post Office is Summerland Key.

For those driving down the Overseas Highway (US1), we are at MM (mile marker) 28.5. Key West is at the bottom of US1, MM1 and Key Largo is at the top at MM100.

BY SEA

We are located on the west side of Pine Channel, GPS coordinates of 24.40.45N and 81.23.24W. Coming from the oceanside you would need to come under the Pine Channel Bridge which can have a minimum clearance height of 14'4". Coming in from the gulf side, local knowledge is required and it can get really shallow.

BY AIR

Key West International Airport (EYW) is located in Key West, 25 miles from Parmer's Resort. With regular service by American, Delta, Silver, United and Jet Blue, Key
West is a convenient and close choice for air travel.
