A non-traditional style of luxury fitness, combined with a weight loss camp motivational atmosphere. We incorporate multiple facets of training and outdoor fitness activities, all revolving around getting results and having fun!! We are different from your average fitness getaway. Our fitness programs are all-inclusive, fun, exciting and personal. We believe that establishing a great relationship with our guests from their arrival is vital to the success of their experience at 1Team Fitness. Its also important in creating a special bond that will last long after they leave the program! Our personal trainers are caring and understanding and give you all the tools and confidence needed to succeed!

Typical Day:
8:00-9:00: Beach Boot Camp
9:00-9:30: Beach Run
9:45-10:30: Class(Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Spin etc.)
10:45-11:30: Healthy Breakfast
11:30-12:00: Nutrition segment/guidance
12:15-1:00: Misc. class/ activity (rock climbing, kayaking, surfing, trampolines etc.)
1:15- 2:00: Resistance training/circuit training/cool down and stretch
2:00-4:00: Down Tme
4:00- Spa Treatment/Relax/Pool/Beach/Shops
