An aerial view of our yurts out at Orca Island Cabins! We have 8 yurts for guests on property, plus one yurt for our overnight host. We also have a gallery on property where you can peruse the work of local artists and browse our collection of gear for sale!
One of the most defining features out at our property is this arch style bridge. It makes for a great photo opportunity and serves as the connection between our island and shoreline properties!
Orca Island Cabins hosts an abundance of wildlife! En route to our property you may spot Harbor Seals, Sea Otters, Porpoise, Humpbacks, Orcas, and more. Once you arrive at the island there are River Otters, Sea Lions, Bald Eagles, Sea Stars, and a whole other host of animals you can observe in their natural habitat.
Our yurts all have fully equipped kitchens with 48 quart coolers to keep your food fresh, 4 burner stoves with ovens, sinks with hot water, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, and more! We also provide propane grills on your private deck.
One of the many activities guests can enjoy while staying out at Orca Island Cabins is sea kayaking! We have single and tandem kayaks and provide guests with life jackets, skirts, and dry bags to use while exploring Humpy Cove. Our overnight host will even give you an orientation on how to get suited up and where to paddle!
