Lake Clark National Park Bear Tour. Late August and September are ideal months for this adventure. We can also combine this location with Silver Salmon fishing. It's becoming one of the most popular locations for some awesome bears sightings!
Your least expensive bear tour in Alaska. And fishing can be added to this adventure as well for either SOCKEYE in the early season and then SILVERS in late July through August. Bears tend to back off somewhat after mid August so that's when we head over the mountains to Lake Clark National Park.
Obviously they see a plane coming in so they'll need to get ready for the show. Bears are actually somewhat comical so you never know what you're going to see.
This was a silly one that stared at us, rolled around and strutted off looking so very tough. Practicing for his future style when he will be tough! He can be seen at Lake Clark National Park... his name is Bubba!
