Our lake side location gives guests the opportunity to enjoy our peaceful alpine style lake with either a kayak or canoe to paddle. Bear Lake is a salmon habitat lake with salmon spawning stream to view.
Our long dock offers a quiet place to sit and relax in our lawn swing on the end of the dock. Relax and soak in the view, plus you'll probably view a few eagles in the trees.
Full Breakfast is served each morning. If you have an early departure for morning activity, we offer a To Go breakfast to take with you. Fuel for your Alaskan Adventures!
Relax after your days activities in the comfortable common area for guests. Large screen TV is available for viewing movies of local interest on Alaska and more.
Right outside the door of the Lakeside Suite is a covered deck for relaxing.
This large common use deck for all guests is located off the second floor and accessed from the dining room or the Bear Lake Deck Suite.
The Bear Lake Deck Suite offers plenty of sleeping space for a larger group, has a queen separate bedroom (2nd floor) and sitting rooms with Full Euro Coach(2nd floor) and Twin Couch on the first floor by small kitchen. Yes, this unit has it's own kitchen to handle any of your meals your care to do yourself. Comes with FULL morning breakfast daily.
Large first floor suite with Queen bed and optional two twins bedd - sleeping up to 4 comfortably.
Queen bed and Twin bed in this guest room - sleeping up to 3 on our memory foam bed topper mattresses! FULL breakfast daily and hand dipped ice cream bars each evening!
Queen bed and space with dollhouse behind the closet to sleep a child over the age of 7. The room has a lovely view of Bear Lake to enjoy each morning.
Our location gives opportunities to enjoy wildlife viewing.
We have a resident eagle's nest on neighboring property which we keep a spotting scope set up for guests to watch. Each summer we are able to view the new eaglets grow to maturity.
Plenty of locations to relax and enjoy the serenity and the views. Watch an eagle catch a salmon in the lake or other birds in the area.

Dennis is an Alaska Bush Pilot, and we have a Cessna 180 on Floats for the summer time. The airplane is kept parked at our dock. Guests can often watch take off and landings of the float plane from the dock or lodge decks.
