A huge variety of birds frequently visits the gardens and fountain to refresh, feed, and bathe.
May & June are spectacular as dozens of Rhododendron, Azalea and Hydrangea plants burst forth with their annual beauty.
Over 24 million Sockeye, Chinook, and Coho salmon and Steel-head trout pass through this river annually as they begin or complete their complicated life cycles.
