The journey of the might Everest begins with a scenic flight from Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, to the beautiful Hilltown of Lukla. Lukla is also considered the gateway to Everest Base Camp. Arriving at the Tenzing Hillary Airport in Lukla, one of the most dangerous airports in the world; we begin our gentle trekking towards the village of Phakding. Waking up early with the singing of the birds, we will have a morning breakfast and prepare ourselves for the real adventure ahead of us. As we begin our hike through the Everest region, we can have a dazzling view of soaring Himalayan ranges, Buddhist monasteries decorated with prayer flags, wildlife along the way, and finally arriving at the rich Sherpa hub of the region, Namche Bazaar. From Namche, we will make our way to reach the culturally rich settlement of Tengboche, the highest around the year settlement of Dingboche as well as the higher altitude stoppages of Lobuche, Gorakshep and finally arriving at the Everest Base Camp.
