This is a high-altitude trekking adventure involving multi-day hiking in the Everest region of Nepal. The activity includes walking for 5 to 7 hours per day on mountain trails and gradual altitude gain.

The intensity level is moderate to challenging due to long trekking days and high elevation, reaching up to 5,364 meters at Everest Base Camp. No technical climbing skills are required. This trek is suitable for travelers with good physical fitness and basic hiking experience.

A typical day on the Everest Base Camp Trek begins early in the morning with breakfast at the teahouse. After packing, we start trekking around 7:30–8:00 am, walking for 3–4 hours before stopping for lunch at a local lodge along the trail.

After lunch, we continue trekking for another 2–3 hours at a relaxed pace, enjoying mountain views, forests, rivers, and Sherpa villages along the way. The afternoon walk is shorter to allow proper rest and acclimatization.

By late afternoon, we arrive at our destination for the day and check into a teahouse. Evenings are spent resting, exploring the village, sharing dinner with the group, and receiving

Suitable for couples, solo travelers, friends, and small groups. Best for youth and active seniors with good fitness. Not recommended for young children or families with kids under 12

Accommodation during the Everest Base Camp Trek is in mountain teahouses (local guesthouses), not camping. Rooms are simple and comfortable, usually on a twin-sharing basis, with basic facilities at higher altitudes. We provide sleeping bags and jackets for warmth. But in the guest house there is no heating system and outside toilet.

All meals are served at teahouse restaurants along the trail. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are freshly prepared and ordered from the lodge menu. There is no campfire or outdoor cooking during the trek.

Pets are not allowed on the trek to maintain hygiene and avoid disturbances in the teahouses and trails.

The trek is recommended for participants aged 12 to 65 years.
