Sea kayaking in Madeira is a fun and original way to explore this dramatic and unspoilt coastline and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Our experienced and knowledgeable guide will lead the way along the coast to the marine nature reserve of Ponta de Sao Lourenco. The route follows the curves of the coast past towering cliffs and secluded sandy beaches. The guide will point out interesting features of the landscape, flora, marine and bird life as you pass. There will also be time to snorkel on warm days.
This trip is suitable for experienced and inexperienced kayakers alike but you should know how to swim.

Typical Day
The tour starts with a briefing on how to use the kayak and safety procedures. Single and double kayaks are available and life jackets are provided. This activity is most suitable for the summer months.
Sleeping and meals
The shop is located in the beatiful Quinta do Lorde Marina where you can find restaurants, shops and supermarket.
Restrictions
Please note that due to the kayaks used there is a 140kg weight limit.
