Contrast Deluxe is a comfortable apartment capable of accommodating 14 people within way access of Amsterdam city centre. The apartment is located only 15 minutes away from the city center by tram in an area with several restaurants and shops.

With six bedrooms, each with a double bed and a living room with two sofa beds, we can assure you that everyone will have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The living area has two comfortable sofa beds, a coffee table and a television for entertainment purposes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. There is a stove, oven, dishwasher, cups, plates and cutlery to help you along the way.

The apartment has two bathrooms with two showers, two toilets and a grand total of four sinks.

Linens and towels will be provided for all guests staying at this apartment.

Cleaning fee: 40 Euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected
