The Jordaan is the oldest area of Amsterdam, full of history, interesting architecture, and a great variety of shops.

Close to: Dam Square, Anne Frank House
Just around the corner: the Monday (textile and bric à brac) and Saturday (food and organic) markets, great cafés and a variety of restaurants, stylish and trendy shops.
