Visitors can choose to stay in camping or dorms.
If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.

You should come to Rio de Janeiro by bus or plane. SDU (Santos Dumont) airport is closer, but you can go to Galeão (GIG) as well. Once at Rio de Janeiro, get a taxi to Rodoviária Novo Rio (Bus Station). If you go to Rio by bus, you will already arrive at Rodoviária Novo Rio. Look for Autoviação 1001 counter and ask for a ticket to the next bus to Nova Friburgo (there is one every hour). You can buy in advance at www.autoviacao1001.com.br using a credit card issued at Brazil.
When you arrive at Nova Friburgo, get a bus to CENTRO (Downtown), get down at Rodoviária de Integração and take the next bus to VARGEM ALTA. Ask the driver to leave you at Ponte Branca. It is a 20 minute walk until Pindorama (following the signs PINDORAMA).
If you have heavy luggage, it's a better idea to phone a taxi company TRANSLOUCAR at local number 2523-5507 when you arrive at Nova Friburgo, ask the driver to take you to Pindorama (R$ 60,00 cost usually). Don't take the taxi from bus station because they don't know how to reach here.
