We are going to give you three important reasons for staying in Hostal Avenida:
The first one: We are right in the Gran Via If Madrid had a heart, we would be right in the middle. The second reason: Staying in Madrid tends to be expensive. We are one of those few exceptions: we offer you super-affordable rooms from only 40 Euros per night.
The third one: Our guesthouse is small and cosy, and we take special care of the cleanliness of the premises and our customer services. There is no question about it, we will make you feel at home.
You are not totally convinced yet? Okay. We still have a trick up our sleeve: we have Wi-Fi access to the Internet all over the hotel and it is free! You appreciate the value of a quiet room as long as it is clean, comfortable and cosy.
You have come alone or accompanied by a maximum of two other people We have single and double rooms that can be used by three people adding a third bed; You take it for granted that in your room there must be a TV set, telephone and a (rental) safe.
We also have a desk to work with your laptop and, of course, free Wi-Fi connexion
You can already imagine yourself in the morning, walking out into the balcony and enjoying all the views of the Gran Via (But not all our rooms overlook the Gran Via, so to enjoy this creature comfort you will have to book yours in advance).

In the Gran Via 15, 2 minutes walk from the nearest metro station (Gran Via), 3 min. Sevilla metro and 6 of the train station and subway Sol.If coming from the airport
You should know that the Madrid Barajas Airport is approximately 25 minutes drive from the hostel. Find out how to get from there by car.
By Metro:
Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, then line 10 until Tribunal. From there you can walk to the hotel (10 minutes).The Express bus leaves the airport will take you to Cibeles. From Cibeles walking you reach the hostel, because it is only 5 minutes.
If you come by taxi, you should know that the approximate cost to the hostel is 30 euros and the journey takes about 25 minutes.From IFEMA
