We provide hot air balloon flights near Barcelona city, and all over Catalonia, for individuals, groups and companies. Offer the unique experience of floating in the air. Discover our different flying formulas : discovery flight, private flight, families flight, adventure balloon flight and the Pyrenees local or crossing balloon flight.

A panoramic view from the ballon : you will discover from the air amazing panoramas and landscapes, flying over unique points of interest in the Montseny Natural Park region. By clear sky, you will have the opportunity to admire the Montserrat Picks, Barcelona itself and the Mediterranean sea.

Typical Day
The activity starts in the early morning with passengers' pick-up at the meeting point. Then, transfer to the flying take off site. the passengers will have the opportunity to help during the preparation of the balloon. When the balloon is up, we take off for a ride which will last aproximatly 1 hour. The wind is the master of our route over the Catalonian landscapes. The landing marks the end of our ride. The chase crew arrives, then we pack the balloon before coming back in our 4wheel truck to the launchfield. Then, we celebrate the flight with a Cava toast and a surprising special brunch. Passengers will all receive their first flight certificate signed by the pilot.
Duration of the activity : half a day, including an 1 hour of flight.
Flying hours : only by the morning, starting at 8:00 (7:00 in summer time) ending at 11:00 (10:00 in summer time.
Days of activity : we concentrate the flights on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. It is also possible to operate during the week days if we have a minimum of 4 passengers attending the activity, or for those who select the PRIVATE balloon formula.
Flying season : in Catalonia, Barcelona, it is possible to fly all year long as the climate is very stable. we recommend to book in advance if your pretend to fly in "high season" during May, June, July, August and September months.
The ballooning activity includes :
- Pick-up, transfer and drop off from Barcelona city centre (Plaza Catalonia) as an option (extra cost).
- Flight organization, the ballooning team (pilot+crew member).
- Third party insurance according to European law No 785/2004.
- Briefing, preparation and inflation of the balloon.
- Hot air balloon flight of aproximatly 1 hour in duration.
- Landing, balloon and passengers recovery by the chase crew.
- Transfer back to the launchfield in 4x4.
- Cava toast, soft drinks and a surprising meal at the landing spot.
- Delivery of first flight certificates signed by the pilot.

The DISCOVERY / GROUP balloon flight : with the discovery balloon ride, you share the flight with a maximum of 8 people in the basket. You live the adventure in family, friends or others passengers. The basket is big enough to make you feel at ease and totally secure. It is the ideal option for a first hot-air balloon flight, with a good price.
The PRIVATE VIP balloon flight for 2 persons: The Private balloon ride option allows you to enjoy the flight with more intimacy. The balloon is completely yours. Being only 2 passengers in the basket will give you the opportunity to be taught by the pilot the basis of how to pilot a hot-air balloon and eventually the opportunity to pilot it yourself for a while. In that case, you will fly in a small-sized balloon.
Option : transfer service from Barcelona city centre : We offer a transfer service from Barcelona city centre, pick up and drop off from the famous Plaza de Catalunya. You will be driven in our vehicles to the flying area. We can study a pick up service directly at your hotel or appartment, just ask it at moment of booking.

Restrictions
A hot air balloon ride is a very safe activity but in order to avoid running any risk, we advise pregnant women and children under 6 y.o. not to fly.
Activity subject to favorable weather : hot air Ballooning is an outdoor activity depending of the weather conditions. As safety is our first rule, we always check the weather report before operating a balloon flight. In case of unsuitable weather conditions we would cancel and postpone the flight to another date.

How to book a hot-air balloon flight ? to enjoy yourself the activity or for a gift, you just have to contact us. Anticipating your booking is the best option to ensure availability on the date you want to fly, especially for a week-end ride. We will do our best to respond positively to your demands according to our availability.
After your booking: in your booking confirmation you will receive all details for pick up time and location (if you book this option), contact e-mail and local phone numbers. Also you will have usefull information for you to prepare the balloon adventure. As the balloon activity is weather dependant, you will receive a last confirmation 24 hours previous your scheduled date.
Exclusive cancellation policy for non-resident : in case of unsuitable weather conditions the day of the flight, you will be provided the option to take the balloon tour on an alternative date or be refunded in full.
