We offer single, twin and double rooms as well as tents that can sleep 2, 3 or 4 people (please note when booking a triple - you will be sleeping in a tent!)
We are the only Property in San Pedro La Laguna that offers free breakfast inclusive with free Internet, free kitchen use and we also have massaging machines for just little extra cost to make your stay pleasant

The Guesthouse is in San Pedro La Laguna with amazing views of the lake,indian nose,volcano and mountains. This Property Rooms and Beds features simple,functional decor and comes with free Wi-Fi,Free Massage machine,Drinking water,Free coffee/Tea , Free Breakfast Buffet.we provide early morning breakfast package for our guests climbing the volcano and indian nose or for those going out for early morning hike.We also provide Lunch and dinner for interested guests for little additional cost.We have tents on roof terrace for 30Q PER person with free breakfast buffete,drinking water,coffe/tea and free wifi all day.
We are located in the heart of san pedro la laguna within less than 5 mins walk to all known bars,pubs,restuarants,clubs,market,shops and amenities.Just take any Tak Tuk motor taxi and pay only 5Q Per person or walk for 5-10 minutes to after Bethel college ,then at the intersection or end of the road,you will see A TIENDA WITH FARMACIA with our sign hanging on the building with an arrow pointing our property,take the right turn and you will find our property with a red gate and our name is on the wall. take a tuk tuk,we are just opposite casa yo mama.very easy to find.
