This hike is one of the most beautiful in the Guatemalan Highlands, where witness Volcanoes, mountains and of course Lake Atitlan, during the tour will pass by a wide variety of exotic flora from every nook and of course its fauna, plus enjoy with local families spend the night in the first and second night home from Quetzaltenango Quiche Maya and ending with Maya source lake Tzutujil a total of 42 kilometers.
Day 1 -. Quetzaltenango, 6:00 left to go in the banter bus 30 minute walk which started in Xecam, Cantel 2,450 (m) the first two hours to climb 3,050 (m) which is a bit hard part highest in the region known as the Altiplano Alaska, then descend and stayed with a local family Komon Noj community, on this day we travel 18 kilometers. -
Day 2 -. Leaving 6:00 am to try to get to Santa Clara la Laguna where we stay with a family and share with them the journey is 14 miles today. -
Day 3 -. Today is different from previous days as we get up 4:00 in the morning to see the sunrise at the viewpoint of the Countenance Maya where we will have breakfast with magnificent panoramic views of the lake and its three towering volcanoes San Pedro, Toliman and Atitlan with a total of 11 kilometers for the day
Note Includes: preofessional guide, 3 meals day, first day, secund day and third day only breakfast and lunch with a total of 8 times, sleeping bag and 2 liters of wáter.
Take Note: Camera with extra batteries, sunscreen, jackets for cold, rain coat, sunglasses, headlamp, thermal clothing, extra clothing for doffing, good walking shoes and comfortable
