Modern building inaugurated in April 2009. It has 14 fabulous apartments which are perfect for longer visits. The building is in the new area between Barcelona and Hospitalet and only 15 minutes by underground from Plaza Catalunya and Les Rambles.

If you arrive or leave the apartment between 22p.m.and 24h p.m. or between 7a.m.and 8h a.m. the owner will ask you for an extra charge of €20. If you arrive or leave the apartment between 24h p.m. and 7h a.m. the owner will ask you for an extra charge of 50. Please note that upon arrival you will have to pay a 150 Euro. key deposit which you will get back on the day that you check out.
