we offer two studios in the heart of the old Barcelona, in the gotic neighbourhood and beside the port.
One is for couples and the other up to 3 persons. Both with independent entrance, private bathroom and fully kitchen.
Located in a strategic point of the city. Is a 4th floor by stairs (no elevator), in an old building in the middle of the historical centre of Barcelona. Beside the port, in the intersection of El Gotic, Barceloneta & El Born neighborhoods. Ideal location for visiting Barcelona.
5 minutes walking to Las Ramblas (sea side).
Internet by modem USB, which works with laptops but not with phones, cause is not wifi.
Fully kitchen, with burners and electric oven, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, and kitchen stuff. Includes coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar...
Big fridge & freezer.
Bathroom with bath tube and washing machine. Includes hair-dryer & towels.
Portable air conditioning, ventilators and heating

Check in and Check out flexible, please call us before arrival as we have no reception desk, so could be there to welcome you.
Cooking facilities included (toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge)
