Ideally located just 500yards from the famous religious shrine in Knock the Golden Rose House offers B&B accommodation in a our newly built home. Set among its own private grounds the Golden Rose House is the ideal accommodation option for those travelling to the town for a pilgrimage or travelling to Knock airport which is conveniently just 10 minutes drive away.
Guests are greeted on arrival with tasty home-made scones and fresh tea.
Guests enjoy a choice of king-size guestrooms all of which are ensuite and come equipped with power showers and a television.
For those travelling by car we feature guest car parking and are conveniently just an hours drive from Galway city, Sligo and Connemara- making us the ideal base for those looking to explore the West of Ireland. While for those relying on public transport we are just 6 miles from Ballyhaunis train station and there is a bus stop opposite the house.
A tasty grilled Irish breakfast is included in the price, with lighter continental options also on offer. Special dietary requirements are also catered for upon request.
Activities available nearby include golf, horse riding and angling. Terry is on hand to advise guests in relation to golf courses available close-by.
