Sea And Sand Hotel is a certified 3 star Hotel international Resort in Hoi An Ancient Town. The Hotel is three storeys high with 36 luxurious guest rooms. All rooms are fully equipped with modern facilities and comforts. All Guest Rooms are with river view, sea view or countryside view.
Sea And Sand Hotel is situated along De Vong River in the place where the river meets the sea right in the heart of Cua Dai Beach Hoi An, Vietnam with romantic views of countryside, river and sea, promising a gracious and interval space. Directions

The hotel is clean but in a poor condition. Also the choice of food for breakfast is small. After 9/10 pm the staff is sleeping in the lobby and they park their motorbikes in the lobby too. They wouldn't let s take a shower after checking out and before leaving in the afternoon. The only good thing is the location - the hotel is near the beach.
