The room rate does not include bus transfer or private car transfers. This service should be surcharged if the price doesn't mention “Free Transportation”. The bus or private car picks up the guests from hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter Area only. The pickup time at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter is at between 7:45 AM - 8:15 AM. Outside this area, the guests are expected to go to Paloma Office in Hanoi (#24, Alley 33B, Pham Ngu Lao Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) for the pick up collection. The drop off time at hotels after cruise finishes is at 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM every day.

Bus transfer or private car transfer service is subjected to extra charges. Bus transfer costs USD 25 per person for round trip Hanoi-Halong-Hanoi. If you require private car transfers, please contact cruise directly for the cost and prompt arrangement.

Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi at least 48 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise in order to be arranged pick-up service.

An advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, Vietnamese visa expiry date for all Passengers is required 48 hours before boarding time. Otherwise the guest may not be allowed to be onboard.

Please be informed about check-in time restriction and requirement as below:

Check in time is at between 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM (noon) from Halong Paloma Office, at Vinashin Wharf, No 6A Le Thanh Tong str, Hon Gai Port, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh, Vietnam. (The office is opposite Phu Dong Restaurant). Later check in than 12:30PM can be arranged with an extra charge USD 60 by a private tender boat to run after the ship. If guests arrive later than 14:00, check in is NOT allowed and booking is considered as no show.

Guests disembark from the boat at 11:30AM when the cruise finishes.

Children from 0-4 years old are free of charge, applied for only 1 child per cabin. A child from 5-11 years old is charged 70 per child. Children from 13 years old is charged as an adult.

Only one child is allowed per room.
