Volver Hostel, 'the little paradise' as it is described by our guests, a small hostel with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere so you'll feel right at home. Our kitchen, salon and a chilled roof top terrace are for communal use. The beach, marina, restaurants, bars, shops and bus stop are just around the corner.

The hostel is located in the south west of the island in the Bay of Puerto de Mogan. Protected from the rainclouds and strong northeasterly winds by the mountains, we enjoy the sunniest weather on the island all year round.

Puerto de Mogan is a small tranquil town filled with local life without the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas. It has plenty to offer with the fine sandy beach and water based activities in the bay including boat trips, diving, snorkeling, jet-skis and parasailing, and the surrounding mountains for hikers and bikers. It is also a perfect base for exploring the rest of the island.

Travelling by bus
Gran Canaria has an excellent bus service, providing access to Puerto de Mogan, from the main touristic areas of the Island.

Bus No 1: Las Palmas - Puerto de Mogan (every 20 mins)
This bus starts in San Telmo (Las Palmas), and stops on the main highway outside of the airport, and terminates in Puerto de Mogan. The first bus passes the airport around 5.20 then every 20minutes. After 19.50 the bus is every hour and the last bus is at 23.50. It takes around 2 hours because the bus drives along the old coast road.

Bus No 91 Las Palmas - Playa Del Cura (from 6.35 till 20.35 every hour)
This bus also starts in San Telmo (Las Palmas), and stops right in front of Terminal 1 at the airport (at check-in level), and terminates in Playa Del Cura, 3 busstops before Puerto de Mogan. This bus takes 1 hour and than you have to wait for Nr.1 or 32 to continue .

Puerto de Mogan Bus Station - Volver Hostel
From the bus station, follow Avenida Del Las Artes, which begins at Spar Supermarket, until you reach the beach , turn right and cross the wooden bridge. Walk over the zebra crossing and continue along Explanada Del Castillete for approximately 50 metres until you reach the Post Office (Correos), which is after Restaurante Castillete on your right hand side. Turn right into Las Nasas , which reaches Calleton Las Conchas after 22 steps. Walk straight ahead for 33 more steps,until you face colourful Volver Hostel.
If you come by taxi, just tell the driver to let you out at the postoffice (correos) and follow the discription from this part on.
