The Poble Sec apartment is a newly renovated third floor apartment (no elevator) which is equipped to host five guests in the popular Poble Sec area of Barcelona.
It contains two double bedrooms, and a single sofabed in the lounge, which also contains a television, and a dining table and chairs in the adjoining dining area. The dining room and the bedroom both open out onto a little private balcony by double doors which you can enjoy open in the summer.
The kitchen is complete with microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and all bath towels and bed linen are provided for you. You also have use of a hairdryer.
Note:
2 night minimum stay
Extra cleaning charge : 55€
Check in before 13:00 or after 21:00 (if possible): 40€
Check out between 13:00 and 19:00 (if possible): 50€
Security deposit (returned on checkout if there are no damages during stay) : 200€
Total amount to be paid in cash on arrival to the apartment.
3 days cancellation policy
Contact us at your arrival in Barcelona in order to arrange a meeting in front of the apartment and give you the key.
From this apartment you are just 20 minutes walk away from Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter of the city, and a few blocks away from the closest metro stop. You're also located within easy walking distance to Plaza España, where many large conferences and trade events are held throughout the year.
