Hotel Villa Kiin is an intimate beach hotel, all decorated in bright colors with traditional Mexican style, roofed ceiling rooms, the hotel features common areas such as a dinning area with palm roof decoration and Cable TV, two fully equipped kitchens, hammocks in our sand garden and ocean front.

The Hotel does not offer beach chairs or beach umbrellas.
The hotel has 3 sections and all are located in different areas: Bungalows, Casa Maya and Pakal rooms.

Pakal rooms (room numbers 18-23): 6 rooms on a concrete building, 3 on bottom floor and 3 in a second floor, each of the rooms have one queen size bed, A/C, Safe Deposit Box, Terrace or Balcony with ocean front.

Continental breakfast is from 9am to 11am.
In high and mid season the service for the breakfast can take from 20-40 min delays due the amount of people having it.

Beach & Location: We are on the Riito Beach, next to north beach. We are located in the downtown area (the north side) of Isla Mujeres, a few minutes walk from north beach and shopping area.

Once you reserve, if canceled deposit is non refundable
Once you reserve, if canceled 48 hrs before arrival will be a penalty charge of 2 nights. except in Christmas, New Year, East season & Holidays for this dates will be charge the 100% total amount stay.

Important: Please at your check in mention to the front desk the travel agency through you made your reservation and your Booking Reference Number, otherwise your reservation will be canceled.
