The hotel is the result of a beautiful restoration project spanning 3 years of two Spanish colonial mission style mansions formerly the home of the Chilean political dynasty, the Duran family with a unique history and was the setting for 30 years of the 'Almuerzos Legendarios de cada Jueves' .
