Driving from Merida:
Take the Cancun Libre Carretera (Highway 180 towards Cancun). Please note that this is a free highway, you do not have to pay any tolls. Do not take the toll highway as it takes you further than you need to go. Drive past the villages of Holca, then Libre Union, until you reach Yokdzonot. There you will see signs directing you to the Yucatan Mayan Retreat.
Total driving time: around 1 hour
Driving from Tulum:
After you pass the villages of Kaua, Xcalacoop, and Piste, you will reach Yokdzonot. There you will see signs directing you to the Yucatan Mayan Retreat.
Total driving time: around 1.5 hours
Driving from Cancun:
Take the Merida Cuota carretera (Highway 180 towards Merida). Please note that this is a toll highway. It is possible to take the Merida Libre highway that does not have a toll but it takes longer as it goes past many smaller villages; this is the highway to take if you are in the mood for a more scenic drive. Take the Piste exit, then the Carretera Libre (Highway 180; free, not toll) until Yokdzonot. There you will see signs directing you to the Yucatan Mayan Retreat.
