Secluded on the shore of beautiful Linekin Bay, the Resort is only one mile from the attractions of Boothbay Harbor. We are the last all-inclusive sailing resort on the east coast of the United States, and we offer something for everyone. Learn to sail, explore the bay on kayaks or canoes, enjoy a swim in our heated oceanfront pool, fish from our pier, play a game of tennis or just relax and recharge.
There are 5 classic Maine lodges along the waterfront and 35 cabins dispersed on the hillside of our 20-acre resort. Many rooms were updated in 2010 with a fresh nautical theme. All accommodations offer a waterfront, water view or wooded setting.
Amenities include three meals a day, sailing lessons, sailing one of our Rhodes 19 sailboats, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming in our heated saltwater pool, playing tennis on one of our two courts, kids activity area and recreation room.
Lodge rooms all have King or Twin beds and private bathrooms. Cabins have either one or two bedrooms, some with living rooms, and a selection of King, Queen and Twin beds. Each cabin has a private bathroom and front deck.
We have four cabins that are designated as pet friendly and can accommodate 1 to 5 guests. There is an off-leash play area near the cabins and walking trails on and near the property.
