This very lovely one bed-roomed ground floor flat is absolutely perfect for a couple.
It is located in a tranquil residential area in Via Perpignan & is just off the gorgeous La Valencia promenade & the Las Tronas sandy alcove beach. Street parking is available. The famous Sulis square with it's out-door cafes & excellent restaurants & trattorias' & the Old Town are only a 5 minute stroll along the promenade. It is completely self-contained & very comfortably furnished. It is made-up of a spacious double bedroom & a fully fitted open plan kitchenette/dinning - living room area. The bathroom has a shower & a washing machine. All amenities are at hand, tobacconist, super market, shops, hair-dresser, restaurants, take-aways', pubs etc.
All the gorgeous beaches are easily reached by bus.
The price is ALL INCLUSIVE. We provide bed/bath linen & beach towels with the added plus factor that for ONLY a 7 night stay booking the airport pick-up & drop off is included in the price
For the shorter stays the airport pick-up & drop off can be arranged at a small extra cost.
The only variable to calculate at the end of ones stay is the electricity consumption at (€ 0.50 per KWatt) as that depends on the amount personally used.
Euro 100.00 surety deposit (in case of damages) is requested by the proprietor at the consignment of the keys.
At a small extra cost bicycles are available.

Directions: Please know that for a 7 night stay you will be met inside the airport arrivals lounge by ourselves. For the shorter stays the bus tickets can be purchased from the bus ticket vending machine inside the airport terminal. The bus leaves the airport terminal and stops at the information centre in via Sassari where one gets off & you will be met by ourselves prior a confirming telephone call on your behalf.
Directions by car: Airport to flat 14 km. Leave the airport terminal by turning right at the exit stop sign. Follow the straight road to the T junction stop sign approx. 2 km. Turn left into the SP44 towards Alghero 2 km, to the yield sign, keeping to your right-hand side, into the SP42, the road curves to the right follow the road & at the round about keep left the sign will say "centro" you are now in via Don Minzoni follow the road all the way past the port which is on your right-hand side, this will take you into via Sassari, at the first traffic light, turn right into via xx Settembre which becomes Lungomare Dante (along the Promenade) follow this for 800m then turn left into via Perpignan.
