Please note, Cottonwood Suites Westminster will be expanding its lobby and also construct a new Breakfast room . The renovation will start Monday, May 11, 2015 and is expected to be complete by October 14, 2015 . Work will be done between 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Saturday . Hotel will be open and operating during the lobby renovation . A temporary registration area will be set up on the other entrance of the hotel . Signage will be posted to direct our guests to the temporary check in/out area . Guests will be accommodated in units/rooms away from the construction area and measures will be taken to minimize any disruptions to the guests' stay experience . .
