Inaugurated in 2000, it is located in a pedestrian area in the best touristic zone of the city, the old town, very close to the Boulevard and the main beaches by foot.
The old-town is an historic-arti stic, comercial & leisure area where the gothic church San Vicente from the XVI century (the oldest in S.S), the San Telmo Museum in the beautiful Zuloaga Plaza and a number of 'pinchos' & drink bars are located.
You can reach the Kursaal in a 3 three minute walk, Zurriola beach in four minutes and La Concha Bay in six minutes. Pensii n San Telmo offers an unforgettable holiday in San Sebastian, come to visit us !
The bathrooms are out of the rooms, all the rooms have a small balcony facing the street, color TV*, central heating, noise proof windows.
* One of the rooms for groups does not have fixed tv.
If you are coming later your arrival time we will wait for you maximum two hours. Otherwise we will cancel your booking.
Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2 nights and you will need to stay on the same type of room

and Easter: cancellation a week in advance and if not all stay will be charged
**During the months of July and August, the cancellation will be 7 days before arrival**
NYE Dec 31st 2011 & Jan 20th 2012- cancellation policy 5 days
Special conditions for La Behodia (Nov 9th to Nov 10th): All cancellation must be done within 2 months in advance. After that time, full amount will be charge
