If you are coming on holidays to Lisbon and you are looking for a cheap, pleasant, funny and colorful place, we have a studenti s house right in the center of the city , perfect to walk around all the city center, including the nightlife district Bairro Alto.
We are a group of Studenti s Houses located in the centre of Lisbon, the ideal spots to walk around Lisboni s downtown. Please notice that our Students Apartments are only available during the summer and they are the perfect place for young travelers or young minded travelers. Although our rooms and common areas are great if you're looking for a Hotel or a Hostel probably it is better to think twice!
We would like to inform you about how to get to your room. As we are a group of different Studenti s Houses we do not have 24 hour service and we do not have a reception, therefore it is of big importance that you have given us an approximately arrival time. However we are aware that flights and other things can come up so your arrival might be delayed, although please do contact us if you know that you will be more than 1 hour late. You will have to give us an arrival time for the apartment, so for example, your flight is supposed to land at 14h you should add an extra hour to get to the apartment.
There is a late check in fee of 30 Euros when the check in is scheduled between 21.00 and 09:00.Delays concerning check in arrivals i from 21:00 to 09:00 - are not Lisbon4ui s responsibility and therefore will be charged with the check-in late fee.( this fee is per Room, not per guest)
Also note that the check-in time on the day of your arrival CANNOT be before midday-12h and that the check-out time on the day that you leave can be no later than 11h, this is due to the cleaning of the rooms.
It has 7 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.it is possible to rent single, double, and even suitable rooms for 1 or even 2 people!Although it is a students house, everybody is welcome !
Advise about arrival time.
Check in: From 12:00 to 19:00 If you are coming after 19:00, you have to let me know, then you can check in after 19.00
Check out at 11am.
Pay cash on arrival.
There is a late check in fee of 30 euros when the check in is scheduled between 21.00 and 09:00.Delays concerning check in arrivals i from 21:00 to 09:00 - are not Lisbon4ui s responsibility and therefore will be charged with the check-in late fee.( this fee is per room, not per guest)
It is not allowed to smoke inside of the flat.
If you decide to come by bus, you can take the AEROBUS or a common bus. If you decide to come by AIROBUS you must leave it at the Bus Stop PICOAS. Then you must cross AVENIDA FONTES PEREIRA DE MELO and then you'll see RUA TOMi S RIBEIRO and PRAi A JOSE FONTANA ( it has a garden) and finally you will find RUA GOMES FRIRE..
If you decide to come by taxi, the price will be more or less 7 to 8 euros.( Ask for a receipt because if by any case you forget something in the taxi, in the receipt there will be the register of the car.
