Villa Oceania is a completely renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house 2 short blocks from the Ocean Park beach. It is 5 minutes from Isla Verde's main strip with all the hotels. It underwent a complete renovation completed in January of 2008 and most everything inside is brand new including the floors, kitchen, exterior and interior design, lighting, furniture, bathrooms, etc.
There are 3 bedrooms in total in the main house and 2 complete bathrooms. There is an additional unit in the back consisting of one room with an attached full bathroom that can be rented out as well.
