Located at the prime community of Palmas del Mar, Humacao, Puerto Rico. Located on Puerto Rico's southeast shore (about an 40 minutes drive from San Juan) Palmas del Mar is a sprawling resort consisting of some 2,750 acres on more than three miles of palm tree-lined beach. Set on a former sugarcane plantation, the resort is located on the Caribbean Sea, with the Island of Vieques to the North-NorthEast. It is both a vacation resort and a sophisticated limited access residential community with many different home developments throughout.
There are many local attractions near Palmas del Mar that are worth a visit. You can walk through our enchanted rainforest: El Yunque, or visit historical Old San Juan, the one time capital of Puerto Rico, complete with its colonial architecture and untouched forts like El Morro. Perhaps you want to go shopping in the largest mall in the Caribbean, Plaza Las Americas. For the adventurer in you, you can go exploring in the depths of the Camuy Caves on the west part of the island. And for a great educational family trip, don't miss the famous Arecibo Observatory (world's largest single radio telescope), where you can learn all about the stars and heavens. There's something for everyone here in Puerto Rico!
There is a community pool at the facilities, the beach is only 400 steps away. There is a Hotel Sheraton casino at only 3 minutes walking. Stores and restaurants available on site or only 15 minutes downtown Humacao.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom with a large closet. Second room has a full size bed and a full size futon and kitchenet. There is a queen size futon at the living room. Central Air conditioning, 32" LCD TV with cable and DVD in the master bedrooms , 25" Tv in the living room and 21" TV with cable and dvd in the studio guest room. Washer/dryer within the villa. Fully equipped kitchen with appliance, chinaware and place sets for up to 8 people
Maid service provided for an additional $50 per day fee. We have golf carts for rental at a lower rate than other shops in the area. No deposit or credit cards needed to rent the golf cart.
