The absolute beach front position beach house is located at Praia de Guaratiba (Guaratiba Beach), only 10 minutes drive to Maricá Town Centro and 5 minutes drive to the beautiful Ponte Negra. From the house its also just an easy stroll to some local restaurants and shops.

Vacation Rental Property
Marica Beach House is accessed by an asphalt road called Rua Central from Marica town. Entry to the home is by turning off onto a small grass road called Rua 77 which wraps around to the front of the house between the house and the beach.
This simple 'Villa Style' accommodation is immediately welcoming with a huge white sandy beach and vistas of the Atlantic Ocean at your doorstep.
The amazing views filter into the living room and master bedroom. Its a smallish white rendered house with a limestone front porch and tiled floors which are both practical and attractive in this home beside the seaside. Affordable and simple beachfront accommodation perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of Rio de Janeiro to a place we like to call the 'Real Brazil'.
There are two bedrooms; both with ceiling fans. Open the wooden window shutters to catch the sea breezes and let the beach views inside. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, sink and all the essential appliances you need to make holiday catering and entertaining a pleasure.
Two bedrooms - a double and a twin with two singles. From inside the double bedroom, which has a large wooden window, the outlook is directly onto the long white sandy beach of Praia de Guaratiba.
In the living area is a lounge which fold's down into a smallish double bed (quite hard so do not totally recommend for sleeping but it has been done) and a dining room table and chairs.
There is a grassed area infront of the house where you can lay down a towel and rest here facing sea views and cooling breezes.
Marica Beach House's covered outdoor limestone porch is perfect for entertaining, and its uninterrupted views of the ocean make leisurely dining and drinking a must. Buy some local Brazilian beer and and wander only a few metres to stand with your toes in the white sand.
A hammock is setup on the front porch for your relaxation pleasure, so close your eyes to the sound of the waves and take it all in!

It has an excellent hospital, several medical clinics and doctors' offices, drugstores, restaurants and bars, grocery stores, gas stations, several churches of various denominations, native craft stores, nightlife, and a great town plaza that is a perfect place for an evening stroll, have a drink of local beer varieties, a bite of local delicacies and meet the locals.
