Seaside Vacation Homes Inc . offers premiere privately held two to six bedroom homes and condos on the North Coast . Near Ocean properties are located on average two properties off the beach and have easy access via foot to the edge of the water . Ocean Front properties face the ocean with unobstructed views of the water and include all linens, a fully stocked kitchen and availability of household cleaning products at no additional charge . Each home has a TV with cable access and DVD player . Many homes offer Internet and fireplaces . However, these amenities are subject to availability . Please contact the property after booking to arrange check-in times and final payment of your cleaning fee . A damage deposit is not collected . However, guests are required to submit a credit card to be kept on file in the event of damage occurring during their stay . Pets are not allowed . All assignments will meet or exceed the booked unit type, and the property will do its best to fulfill any special requests . Please keep in mind the capacity of a group must not exceed the occupancy description listed or additional fees apply . Please note that prior to arrival, guests must call ahead of time to arrange payment of the cleaning fee, which ranges between USD 50 to USD 85 . .
