All reservations equal or up to 6 room nights, 50% of the stay is requested as a deposit . This rate does not include the city tax (1 . 50 ?/person/day) .
Cancellation policy : From MAY to SEPTEMBER : 48 hours - From OCTOBER to APRIL : 24 hours .
- STAY UP TO 3 ROOM NIGHTS : 1 night penalty .
- STAY FROM 4 ROOM NIGHTS OR MORE : 50 % of the stay as penalty .
- STAY UP OR EQUAL TO 6 ROOM NIGHTS: D-15 deposit fully refundable- D-10 : half of the deposit paid will be kept- D-5 : no refund .
