Fashion House Bed & Breakfast is located in a fine 19th century building in the elegant neighborhood of the Eixample, in the centre of Barcelona, a few steps away from Plaza Catalunya, la Rambla and the Gotic Quarter as well as from Paseo de Gracia with its Gaudi's houses.
A careful renovation has added comfort and functionality to the ample spaces of Fashion House Bed & Breakfast, keeping the atmosphere and enchantment of that period.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, all equipped with air conditioning/heating with balcony or veranda. Some rooms have private bathrooms (en suite) and some share the bathrooms (one every two rooms), situated just a few steps outside guests' rooms.
In addition you can also enjoy the common spaces such as a beautiful terrace/garden and the large living-room with the marble fireplace.
The subway and bus stops are 20 meters away, but you can reach the entire centre on foot. Also, Fashion House is within walking distance from El Prati s and Gironai s airports shuttle bus stations and from Paseo de Graciai s y Francia's train station.

Note:
Please e-mail or call the guesthouse to communicate the exact time of your arrival.
Check in time ends at 22:00. After 22h, a late check in can be arranged for an extra cost of eur 20,00.
On weekends from April to October a minimum stay of 3 nights is required

Special Conditions for NYE

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Directions

Fashion House Bed & Breakfast is located three blocks on the right side of Plaza Catalunya, the centre of the city. Here stop also the Aerobus, the shuttle service from the airport.
