We are located in a renovated 1911 character home in the beautiful Rockland district of Victoria. This district boasts many of the most beautiful character homes in Victoria as well as the famous Craigdarroch Castle. We are close to shops, restaurants and laundromats. The ocean is only a scenic 20 minute walk away.

We have shared rooms for $18 pp/per night or private rooms for $40 per night. All linens are included. We have a shared kitchen, dining room and common room. There is also a large porch and bar-b-que and we always have a large selection of movies for everyone. Free parking.

The rooms sleep between 2 to 6 people on single beds, bunk beds, doubles and queens. All linens are provided.

We are located only 1 block from Christies Carriage House Pub, voted one of the best in Victoria.

We can provide assistance with all of your travel plans.

No pets please and smoking only outside. All ages and genders are welcome. We specialize in Families.

Bus #1 or 2. Get off at the Rockland stop and we are the first house on your left.
Car: follow Fort St. until it intersects with Oak Bay Ave. Turn right onto Oak Bay Ave and we are on the corner of Oak Bay Ave and Beverly Pl (4th road on the right). Free parking.
