Accommodations
Three story romantic victorian house with three lovely white porches and courtyard overlooking Matanzas Bay. Sailboats cruise, horse and carriages clip clop by. Enjoy complementary full breakfast, wine, coffee, desert, evening brandy elegantly served to you on these sites, or in the privacy of your room. Our entry way and victorian parlor, with fresh flowers and the aroma of sea breezes and baking invite you to relax and enjoy.
Rooms/Suites
Romantically appointed with fine antiques and linens, some rooms have bay views, jacuzzis for two, and fireplaces. All rooms have baths and cable TV. Nine rooms, seven with king beds, two with two queens each, on three floors. The third floor, Alison's Loft, with its bay view window, jacuzzi suite and total privacy, invites the young or young at heart for romance. The first floor and second floor have couples returning year after year to their favorite room.

Walk to all the romantic district has to offer: romantic walks along brick street lined with galleries, museums, shops, great restaurants, music and dancing, spas, coffee and tea houses, the marina, and sailing with Paul; history and ghost tours, horse and carriage rides. St. Augustine's white sand beaches, kayaking, canoeing, wind surfing, five minutes away.

95 to Route 16 east to Route ! sourh. Left onto King Street (ends before the historic Bridge of Lions) Right at the end onto Avenida Menendez. One block to #146, on the bayfront, coral colored three story victorian house, with blue shutters and white porches.
