The Villas and Apartments are located in the Western Algarve in Southern Portugal which is about 70 minutes from Faro Airport.The area remains unspoilt by tourism and the main towns of Lagos and Praia da Luz offer something for everbody.Great restaurants,good shops and superb beaches which are the cleanest in Europe.For the sports person there are wonderful golf courses along the whole stretch of the coastline,tennis clubs,horse riding and excellent watersorts.The region has a superb year round climate with summer temperatures in the 80's F.A delightful location for your vacation.

Superb 2/3/4/5 bed Villas with private pools and also Apartments on small select developments with large shared pools,they are set in areas close to the beaches in their own private grounds.Most properties have a full range of kitchen equipment including dishwashers,M/W and washing machines and all are equipped and furnished to a very high standard.All the accommodation we offer is privately owned and is therefore to a standard not generally found in holiday accommodation.

The properties sleep from 2 to 12 in large bedrooms,many with Ensuite bathrooms in the Master bedroom plus 2/3 additional bathrooms.Many of our larger villas have Ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom.

Most have Satellite T.V.Telephone (calls payable locally) VCR and Hi Fi units in addition to ceiling fans.All obviously have a kitchen,dining room and lounge and all the properties are equipped with sunloungers,outside dining furniture and parasols and either a built in or portable BBQ.

All the properties have a maid service at least 2 days per week (some much more) with towel and linen change.The maid will keep the properties very clean and tidy.They will also wash,cook and arrange babysitting,these services are additional and payable locally.

We havea strict rule of no pets in the properties and no smoking in the bedrooms.Most Villas and Apartments are suitable for children,if not we do advise this in our detailed information.
