Alajar is a lovely white-walled village in the Parque Natural Sierra de Aracena. Aracena, the nearest town, boasts one of the most beautiful living limestone caverns in Southern Spain. Enjoy delicious local food (the speciality is "jamón de belota", a mouth-watering barn-cured ham) and share tapas with the friendliest people on the planet. Roman ruins at Itálica, near Seville, and Mérida. Seville itself is a marvel of history, colour and entertainment. Pristine sandy beaches on the Costa de la Luz around Huelva, the port from which Columbus set out on his voyages of discovery.
Five delightful cottages sleeping from 2 to 6 guests cluster around a large communal area where you can cook, use washer, dryer, barbecue, play games or just hang out and enjoy the fun of meeting other visitors.
The larger cottages have their own kitchenette and all have TV and telephone access.
The farm comprises a rustic flower garden, many trees including fruits and nuts, vegetable garden and meadows of wild flowers and herbs. There is a beautiful pool for the use of guests which contains natural spring water.
The two smaller cottages sleep 2 guests each, two of the larger sleep 6, with a double bedroom downstairs and a gallery with 4 single beds, and the most luxurious sleeps 4 in two rooms with en-suite bathrooms. One has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds.
