Our cottages are located in Cape Traverse, PEI, which is about 8 minutes from Confederation Bridge, 20 minutes to Summerside, 40 minutes to Charlottetown, and 30 minutes to Cavendish and 50 feet from our beautiful ocean.
Vacation Rental Property
We offer 10 1-3 bedroom cottages on beautiful, Prince Edward Island. Located on Bells Point, our property overlooks the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait. Due to our location, in addition to having beautiful ocean views from your private waterfront cottage deck, all the popular tourism destinations are just a short drive away.

Our rates for each PEI cottage vary depending on the time of year. We offer each of our cottages in PEI at a reduced rate during our off-season, which starts on May 1 and lasts until the end of June. Like all accommodations on PEI, our summer season rates are a little higher due to demand. Seafood Night (Monday) At Our PEI Cottage Resort
If you are a seafood lover, you will love Seafood Night at our PEI resort Lord's Seaside Cottages! Why? Well, every Monday night during the summer months, we have a seafood feast for our guests to enjoy. The meal starts at 6:30 p.m., so make sure you're not late.
If you're not familiar with lobster, please know that it is one of the most delectable foods you can ever eat. In fact, about 10% of the North American lobster comes from PEI. Trust me when I say that when it comes to seafood in Prince Edward Island, our fishermen have been working hard for over 150 years to bring us these tasty crustaceans thank you fishermen! And as a guest of Lord's Seaside Cottages, you're going to be able to reap the benefits of their hard work right here at our PEI resort every Monday night!
Each guest who takes part in Seafood night will receive
1.5 lb of lobster
1lb of mussels
Potato salad
Wine
Desert
If you want to register for Seafood Night, you can do this when you reserve your stay. We require all guests to register in advance, otherwise, we won't have enough seafood for everyone. We definitely wouldn't want that to happen !!!!
In the event you or one of the people in your party don't like seafood, they can still join in the fun! We offer another tasty meal which consists of:
Spaghetti with homemade sauce
Tomatoes from the garden
Melted cheese on top
Garlic bread topped with real bacon!

Policies & Restrictions
If you cancel at least 45 days prior to arrival date you will receive full deposit back minus a $25 service fee. If cancellation is made less than 45 days from arrival date you will lose your deposit.
If you have to cancel due to Covid restrictions, your deposit will be returned minus a $25 service fee.
PET POLICY:
We would be delighted to have you and your pet as our guests. A $10.00(plus taxes) per night pet fee will be added or $50 per week. *Proof of Rabies Vaccine required for all pets*
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for yourself and your fellow guests, we appreciate your cooperation in observing the following guidelines:
Please let me know that you will be traveling with your pet at the time of reservation.
There will be a Pet Registration Form to be completed at the time of check-in.
We request that you use one of our provided Pet Blankets on cottage furniture during your stay
Your pet must be kept on a leash when it is on property, unless it is in your cottage.
Please do not leave your pet unattended. If you plan to go out without your pet please let us know, so we can check in periodically to make sure he/she is comfortable.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on property as well as on the beach. The black receptacles are used for waste and are located at the rear of your cottage.
Any disturbances, such as barking, should be curtailed to ensure that other guests are not disturbed or inconvenienced.
You agree to be responsible for all property damages resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lords Holdings LTD., its owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.
Lords Holdings Ltd. Reserve the right to charge your account equal to the cost of any damages.
