Fashion Show is just one of the many activities we have in our beautiful Clubhouse, which has a stage, piano, billiard table, kitchen, etc. where smiles are planted and laughter is born.
Lovley ladies, we are proud to say, our residents and friends are volunteering for the patients in hospitals all around Avon Park, Sebring and surrounding areas to bring some cheers into their lives. We are very happy to have these adorable ladies living in our Park.

This is our very practical laundry room that has a little library in there for the residents that enjoy a good book while waiting for their laundry to get done. $1.50 per load washer as well as dryer $1.50. Great place to meet other residents and make special friends.
5 different Bass, Crappie, Catfish, Gators, Turtles and ducks are all calling this lake home. This is a fisherman's dream come true. We have about 60 boat owners and avid fishermen living here and sharing their catching stories...
