Three days was barely enough to give our friends a taste of wilderness at Santa Cruz Island
There are whales in our area all year ... we don't promise to find them, we usually have to wait until they find us..

Santa Barbara is the most remote of the Channel Islands National Park Islands.

Frys is one of the best protected anchorages on Santa Cruz island's north shore.
Learning to sail is fun but sometimes exhausting. A glass of one of our fine vintages revives most people.
Forneys is at the extreme west end of Santa Cruz. Our next stop is usually Santa Rosa island if we're out for four or more days.
Nicole takes the helm of Wiley on a snarly day. Advanced sail training involves dealing with adverse conditions, but even then, Nicole smiled at the prospect.
