Welcome to our Casa (#1/26) House was completely remodeled in 2013-14. Nice and private with 10.5 foot wall around 2 of the three lots. Bamboo fence around the spare lot.
Downstairs area with lots of extras. (#2/26) Area has custom Ping Pong table, outdoor kitchen, dinning table, smoking area, outdoor shower, laundry room, laundry lines to hang cloths, 1/2 bath room, and hammocks to enjoy an afternoon siesta.
Master Bedroom very spacious. (#3/26) Master has King size bed, his & hers wardrobe, dresser, fan, and night stands. This bathroom has a pull down shower head.
Guest Bedroom. (#4/26) Guest has a full size bed, small computer desk, antique armoie, and night table. This bathroom has the raindrop shower head my favorite.
Kithchen area. (#5/26) We like a nice open kitchen and floor plan. We have provided a top of the line oven and plenty of counter top space to cook and entertain your guest. Many extras in the cabinets too.
Beach Walk (#6/26) Nice long beach to walk on. If you are lucky you may see whales. This is a 4 minute walk from the house.
House spans three Lots. (#7/26) The house spans three lots, with lots of privacy and comforts of home.It is a 4 minute walk to the Malecon which is nice when you are finished having fun at night to come home to peace and quiet and leave the noise of the party's behind you.
Dinning Room (#8/26) Dinning room area has a nice water cooler and we left some games for you to enjoy along with a nice map of Ecuador.
Living Room Area. (#9/26) This is a very comfortable sectional with recliners on each end.The TV is a Sony Bravia 46 TV with HDMI hookups left for you to hook up your laptop or device to watch TV. Nice to relax after a day at the beach. This house does have an alarm system and the keypad is to the right by front door.
Computer station. (#10/26) The computer station has a 32 TV, Keyboard, Wireless mouse and mouse pad for easy hook up for your laptop via HDMI. All Cables are on the desk ready for easy hookup and direct hookup to our router. Of course other devices can hookup wireless, information for that is in the owners notes.
Upstairs Dinning table. (#11/26) We have left you a nice bottle of wine and Notes from the Owner, with many helpful information we have learned. Also our Administrator for the property will provide you with one Clario cell phone with $5.00 on it and some helpful contacts to use during your stay.
Great Room, Kitchen, Computer Station, & Dinning. (#12/26) The house has a more modern open floor plan now for more comfort and ease. There is a green couch by the front door for your furry friend to enjoy. That is were our Husky Nikita sleeps.

View from Dinning room in the Great Room. (#14/26) The green couch on the right is the Pet Couch our dog loved to rest there with the fan on her. Please no pets on the new sectional please. We trained our dog to just use the green couch and the bed of course.
The cool Dart Board upstairs. (#15/26) We have left notes for the dart board. Like I said we are game junkies after a day at the beach. Keypad for alarm is to the right of the dartboard.
Bathrooms. (#16/26) Newly remodeled in 2013-14.
Upstairs deck area. (#17/26) My wife loves to sit out here in the morning with her coffee.
Front door with double hinged screen and Gate. (#18/26) We love how the mosaic turned out with some leftover material from the re-model by the entry way to the house. Only point of access to the house.
Downstairs living area, lots of fun to be had here. (#19/26) We really enjoy this area. Cook and relax after walks on the beach the outdoor shower is to the right of the hammock.
Outdoor Kitchen. (#20/26) My favorite place to cook is the outdoor Grill. The Kitchen has Big stainless steel Grill, 4 burner gas stove and sink. Nice prep table adds plenty of counter top space to cook and entertain your guests.
Laundry Room. (#21/26) Laundry Room has a new washer and gas dryer. Bikes are also available to enjoy the ride on the Malecon. Just do not leave them UN-attended please.
Outside Courtyard (#22/26) This is the Garden lot with some fruit trees. There is a nice gate with a big doggie door that leads to this lot just to the left of the downstairs area.Our dogs favorite place.
Garden / Courtyard gate with Doggie Door. (#23/26) This is the entrance to the Garden / Courtyard area that our Dog just loves. We put down nice small gravel in late 2013 for her so it is not muddy when it rains.
Crucita Overview (#24/26) The view from the one hill top in Crucita called La Loma. About a 15 minute walk from the house. We have some good friends that live here.
Sunset in Crucita. (#25/26) We walk down about 6pm almost every night and sit on the rocks by the beach and watch the amazing sunsets every chance we get.
House Before Re-Model 2012 Our Labor of Love. (#26/26) Just for a reference point this is the house we bought before the year long re-model. It is our labor of Love as you can see. We want people to enjoy it as we do and respect the Love and effort that has gone into making it this wonderful place.
