Gorilla trekking in Rwanda for Two days is the shortest Wildlife safari in Rwanda. You have to book a gorilla trekking permit at least 6 months to your preferred day of holiday in Africa. There are chances of getting a gorilla tracking permit from ORTPN but this not definite because they are highly demanded.
Day 1: Drive to Volcanoes National Park. A driver guide will pick you from your overnight hotel and take you to Volcanoes National park. This park is situated in a forested area. Volcanoes National park hundles a number of other primates like vervet monkeys, golden monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, grey checked mangabey and so many others. Day 2: gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park Get up early in the morning for breakfast and head to the ranger station for gorilla trekking. You will be briefed about your gorilla tracking experience and then follow the ranger guide to search. Gorillas are very sensitive to intruders so you must remember to be silent or if inevitable speak at a very low tone. Hire a porter before starting your way into the forest in case you might need help. The time to take in the forest to find the gorillas is not predictable. They live freely so move to find food for the day. Whe you finally get to see them, stay with them for 1 hour, taking there photos and drive to Kigali Airport to catch up with your flight back home
